A trial you care about just changed status.
You should not learn that next quarter.
TrialWatch monitors ClinicalTrials.gov for the trials, sponsors, and conditions you watch — and alerts you when a study flips to recruiting, completes, terminates, or posts an update. Built for patient-recruitment teams and biotech BD.
The pharma-intelligence suites charge five figures. This is the status signal, headless.
Status flips
Not-yet-recruiting → recruiting is your window. Completed or terminated is your competitor intel. Every flip on a watched trial is an alert.
Watch by term or NCT ID
Track exact studies by NCT number, or sweep by condition and sponsor name — new trials entering your space surface automatically.
Webhook + JSON API
Feed your CRM or recruitment pipeline directly. HMAC-signed webhooks per match, full history via GET /api/v1/matches.

FAQ
Where does the data come from?
ClinicalTrials.gov's official v2 API — the registry of record. We diff each study's overall status and last-update date on every scan.
What exactly triggers an alert?
A watched study (by NCT ID) or a study matching your condition/sponsor terms posts a new status or update: recruiting flips, completions, terminations, suspensions, and record updates.
How fresh are alerts?
Scans run every 6 hours. Registry updates typically post once per business day, so you see changes the same day they publish.
How do I cancel or change what I watch?
Reply to any alert and we handle it same-day, or use PATCH /api/v1/watchlists. Month-to-month through Stripe.
