Where does the data come from?
Primary public sources only: the USPTO's trademark application feed, daily newly-registered-domain lists, and the App Store search index. Scanned on a fixed daily cycle.
What counts as a match?
Exact and near-miss matches: containment (yourbrand-shop.com), separator tricks (your-brand), and single-character swaps (y0urbrand). Each alert shows the matched term and a confidence score.
How do webhooks and the API work?
Every match can POST to your endpoint with an HMAC-SHA256 signature header, and GET /api/v1/matches returns your full history as JSON. Your API key arrives in the welcome email.
How do I cancel or change terms?
Reply to any alert or welcome email and we handle it same-day, or use the API. Subscriptions are month-to-month through Stripe.
